His untimely passing was a shock to us all but his spirit and memory will be with us forever. I’m from Chicago, Illinois, married to my wife Karen for 27 years and have 2 children, Sean, 27, and Megan, 24. I’ve been in the printing business for over 35 years. My hobbies include riding and working on my motorcycle and cars. My wife’s family is from down here and ever since I started coming here, I’ve wanted to live here. First Impressions has given me the opportunity to make that happen.

I’ve been working here since the Fall of 2013. Because I’m new to this business and don’t have nearly as much experience as most of the people in the production team, I’ve enjoyed getting to know how everything works. Essentially I take care of all the digital color printing we do here, though like most everyone else I’ve had to pitch in elsewhere as needed, including shipping and delivery. You have to be able to deal with unexpected problems back here, but mostly the goals stay the same: to get the jobs done at the highest quality possible, but also in a timely fashion.
